    In our 1:1 sessions, I’m fully present with you—responding in the moment to what matters most. The ADJUST Coaching™ framework is your in-pocket guide for those ‘in-between’ times; a simple acronym you can use to find clarity in any situation when I’m not there.

    A — Awareness

    Recognize what's really going on beneath the surface

    We begin by noticing your inner landscape: your thoughts, feelings, habits, and bodily cues.

    Often, these are running in the background—but they’re shaping everything.

    Symptoms: Overthinking. Emotional overwhelm. Feeling stuck.

    This is where we name what’s happening.

    D — Define

    Clarify who you want to be and how you want to feel

    This element is about identifying your values, vision, and emotional needs—not just what you want to do, but who you want to be.

    Questions we explore:

    »  How do you want to show up?

    J — Join the dots

    Understand the patterns that got you here

    Together, we trace your emotional history—past experiences, beliefs, and behaviours—and explore how they’re connected.

    This isn’t about blame. It’s about insight.

    »  What reactions make more sense in context?

    U — Unlock

    Loosen the grip of what no longer serves you

    This is where the shift begins.

    We identify and gently release the emotional habits, thought patterns, and protective mechanisms that are holding you back.

    Examples: Guilt. Fear. Self-doubt. Perfectionism. Old identities.

    We clear space for something new.

    S — Shift

    Make small, meaningful changes in real time

    With insight and emotional freedom, we begin to test new ways of being.

    These aren’t grand reinventions—they’re subtle, intentional shifts that create momentum.

    Examples: Boundaries. Conversations. Habits. Thought patterns.

    You start to live in alignment.

    T — Trust

    Anchor into your growth and trust yourself to keep going

    This final element is about integration.

    Trusting your inner compass. Deepening your emotional resilience.

    Walking forward without needing all the answers—because you’re grounded in who you’ve become.

    Outcomes: Confidence. Self-trust. Inner steadiness.

    Self-coaching companion
